Founder & CEO
An accomplished HR expert with a 37-year career and a rich background spanning India, Germany, and Vietnam, George has been a key player in Leadership and Organization Development. Over his 19-year tenure with the Bosch Group, he has held significant organizational roles both domestically and internationally, showcasing a remarkable ability to connect with and inspire people.

George is a changemaker, a master storyteller, and a visionary leader with a keen sense for unearthing true purpose, challenging the status-quo and bringing about transformation.
He lives in Kerala with his family, and takes great pleasure in music, cuisines, and the simple joys of life.
